We are a licensed and insured, family-owned and operated company that was established in 2005 by owner and Master Builder, Philip Apollonio, who is still fully engaged and hands-on for every service the company delivers. Although our business name is rather new, our experience is not. Philip secured himself in the industry over 40 years ago because of his dexterity, reliability, as well as his ability to develop and thoroughly deliver the tailored requests of the clients.
Philip attributes his success and hardworking nature to his European background, it has gifted him with multilingualism and has provided him with the skills to maintain true cultured artistry, while keeping an open mind and adapting to the evolving styles. Intrigued by the craftsmanship of the trade as a young boy, he watched and absorbed the precision and technique while his father would work in the quartieres of Bari Italy, and on the Baroque structures in the surrounding cities. With a now known passion of architecture, Philip traveled to France to captivate the landscape and antiquity architecture of Grenoble, a beautiful city in southeastern France, at the foot of the French Alps.

Philip’s wife Mimi also started young in the Asphalt industry over 30 years ago,
beside her father as well. Able to solely operate any machine, bid and aid in any job
for the company, it’s her concept of design and color that challenge the limits of ordinary. Mimi’s visions compliment even the most conventional room or landscape, producing the utmost jaw dropping masterpieces!
Philip’s kids were also introduced to the trade at a young age from organizing blue prints, sweeping basements in the field, to observing their father on the machines excavating a fresh piece of land. Following in the family’s talent is Philip’s son, Antonio Apollonio.
As a boy Antonio was also captivated by the creativity his father displayed. Which produced the third generation to the construction industry. Antonio brings an “out of the box” aspect to the construction industry and is often looked to for his angle on architecture that would perplex most. The father and son duo have been working side by side for 20 years, taking the industry to new heights.
Philip’s oldest daughter, Francesca is the companies leading Advertise Specialist, and his youngest Kathryn, is the Web & Digital Media Designer.

Fortunately, we are EPA-approved Lead Safe Certified, which is the proper way to renovate, repair or remodel structures which may contain lead-based paint. The certification instills proficiency in containing and minimizing the dust inside the work area, the amount of dust created, and proper clean up and disposal after the work has been completed.
